The deadline for the contest was yesterday, and all submitted entries are now accepting votes until May 1! I've been asked whether winning popular vote will disqualify the piece from a chance to be the grand prize winner, and the answer is no. I have already chosen a winner, and if voting yields the same winner for the 2nd prize, then that person will receive both prizes. Ideally I would love to award as many people as possible, but I'm sure no one would like to be disqualified for the grand prize just because they did a good job with the piece and got too many votes haha~

Thank you so much to everyone who entered, I hope you enjoyed working on your piece with this theme regardless of the contest ^^ I prefer making contest themes that are open and beneficial even without the contest context, so that those who wanted to enter would be more motivated to give it their all for their own benefit, and that their entry would still be a meaningful representation of their art work even long after the contest has been over.
