Description

fairies in my world are physical manifestations of immortal spirits; the first of these immortals were created rather than born, and they live in a plane just as artificial as opposed to the human world where the world grows, wilts, and adapts without divine intervention. So when I designed these fairies, I didn't want them to have a nature theme or anything to do with nature at all. It also felt weird to give them clothes like humans; it was hard to figure out why but maybe what I was feeling was the fact that the shame and self awareness that is the backdrop of modern function of clothing doesn't seem relevant to these immortals. Instead I ornamented them like I would ornament an object, I imagine that's probably how their creator would have considered these creations. plus I love drawing gold ornaments so I LOVE THIS SOLUTION and i want to design more fairies if only I had more time ):
